Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting or shopping on the Website you (referred to as “you”, “customer”, “user” or “buyer”) acknowledge and agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
In order to place an order, you must register as a member of the Website and use some services and enjoy special promotions and activities. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your personal information.
In accordance with Customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data, such as consignee names, addresses, and payers’ names. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide on the Website. In certain countries, the consignee may have to submit their ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification purposes. Fashionhanfu will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases.
We will not ask you to provide your account password at any time. Please keep your account safe and ensure that you log out and leave Fashionhanfu .com. Fashionhanfu is not responsible for the loss and consequences of your account due to your active disclosure or your attack, fraud, etc.
Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping; please contact us at email@example.com. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, please refer to the return policy.
Thanks for your order, we always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders will usually begin processing within 24 hours of being placed, and Orders are expected to arrive within 15-20 days. Please note that orders can be delayed due to customs clearance. You will be received an email that provides you with a tracking number and link to the shipping carrier’s website when your order ships. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you don’t get the package after 4 weeks. Please Note: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage cost, due to the different policies in different countries. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
We accept return the products within 15 days of delivery. Item must be in new condition with tags still attached and original packaging. Any items found to be in poor condition( dirty, make-up, washed, etc), we have the right to decline your return and your return will not be sent back on your cost. The first step to getting your refund process: Contact us at email@example.com before returning any items. We will provide you with additional information and any questions you may have. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will be refunded to the credit card account/ corresponding account used for purchase within 30 days after the return is received.
