4. We accept return the products within 15 days of delivery. Item must be in new condition with tags still attached and original packaging.
5. Any items found to be in poor condition( dirty, make-up, washed, etc), we have the right to decline your return and your return will not be sent back on your cost.

Item received 15 days after order with Fedex in Switzerland. Very nice product, exactly like on pictures. The fabrics are very soft and comfortable, even if there's no label stating the fabric's nature. Careful, it should be handwashed. Regarding the size, I'm usually S and am 1.72m high. I took a M and it fits very well. Very satisfied with my order, I'll probably get some others hanfus from this shop, thank you!
