5. Any items found to be in poor condition( dirty, make-up, washed, etc), we have the right to decline your return and your return will not be sent back on your cost.

The hanfu is of great quality the only thing that was a bit off was in the design of the skirt hen it came to tying it, its a bit award that one of the flaps of the skirt when tying is a bit higher on the waist in order to make room to wrap the band around. since the hanfu is multi layered, the skirt is heavy, there isn't any string in the inside of the skirt to attach it to the upper half which over a long period of time standing, effort needs to be made to readjust the skirt.
